I thought it would be helpful to create a resource page that you can always come to for all of your investing needs. I also expand to other sites and tools that I have found useful.  I’ll add to it as I find more useful companies, but you’ll notice that in the future I will reference this page often. I recommend bookmarking it for your convenience. Enjoy!

• Go Daddy: I’ve bought all of my domain names (the part between the www. and the .com) from them.  It’s simple, inexpensive, and the commercials are great!

Web Hosting

• Bluehost: All of my websites are hosted using Bluehost. Easy to use, 1-click automatic WordPress installation, and good customer service.
• PowWeb: Another fantastic and easy to use hosting service. Also includes 1-click WordPress installation.
• Host Gator: The Amazon Simple Storage Service. Reliable internet storage, which is great for putting large files like podcasts and videos, so you don’t create bandwidth problems on your own website.

Marketing

• Bandit Signs: These things work.  Your phone will ring.  Watch the site for specials.
• Aweber: The internet’s most powerful email opt-in service and email marketing/broadcasting tool.

Wholesaling and Flipping Real Estate

• Ron Legrand – Fast Cash Generator: The master of marketing, Ron Legrand is The Guru that taught all other gurus.  He knows his stuff.
• Steve Cook – Wholesaling for Quick Cash: Lengendary Real Estate Investor and a Coach/Mentor to many.

• A Begginner’s Guide to Flipping REO’s: We have used a number of Stephanie’s tactics to close deals.  Very insightful information.

Short Sales

• Short Sale Riches: This guy is known as the short sale kid.  He looks young and goofy (he is) but the guy is crankin’ out short sales left and right and can get you trained to do the same.
• Virtual Short Sale Investing: D.C. Fawcett also comes highly recommend in the education realm of short sales.  He will also let you test drive his product for free for 30 days.

Outsourcing Work

• Odesk: Hire top quality international workers for just about any service you can think of.

Personal Health

• Smokeless Cigarettes: [caution: this product contains nicotine] But you can still get your fix while keeping the second hand smoke away from me!
• eHealthInsurance: Here, you enter your information, and it generates a number of different health care plans for your particular situation with a variety of different prices and specifications.

Books

• The 4-Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss, Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich: Incredibly practical book.  Only book I have ever read that remains by my desk that I actually reference once a week.
• The Answer: Grow Any Business, Achieve Financial Freedom, and Live an Extraordinary Life: Setting goals, dreaming, and training your subconscious mind all play a huge role in your destiny — even if it seems cheesy to you now.
• Rich Dad Poor Dad: This book gave me my start in real estate.  Kiyosaki is a great writer using concepts that every reader can easily understand.
• Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion: Packed full of interesting cases that make you stop and think how your brain really works.  Showed me a much needed perspective on the human mind.
• Eat That Frog: If you want help in prioritizing your goals, figuring out what activities are important, setting attainable goals, and actually complete Huge Tasks then read this.
